Production line " tubes or profiles"
This equipment is designed to extrude tubes or profiles (mono or multi layers) in various plastic, flexible or rigid, size from 1 to 100 mm, with an hourly capacity from 2 to 100 Kg/h depending of the extruder.
The line is composed of :
- an extruder with a screw diameter of 30 to 60 mm
- a tube or a profile die head
- a bath for cooling and conformation under vacuum
- a caterpillar puller
- a saw or blades cutter or a rewinder
