Press 90 tons with 400 x 400 dual plates
The laboratory oleopneumatic press with plates dimensions of 400 x 400 mm and a capacity of 90 tons is designed for the molding of parts by compression
Characteristics :
- the 2 plates are heated to 350 °C and cooled by circulating water
- the mobile plate is guided by 4 hard chrome plated precision shafts and linear bushings
- the rapid closure is made by air pressure ( 6 to 7 bars)
- clamping increase up to 90 tons (350 bars ) is made by an air /oil pressure amplifier
- press totally noiseless when in use
- possible programming of pression / temperature
- fully closed press in compliance with the manual loading compression press safety regulations
